If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite You to review our Policy.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy:
Business Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to M2MLogger Located at Plot 67, Street-1B, Friends Colony Industrial Area, Shahdara, Delhi - 110095, IN.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to My Site, accessible from www.m2mlogger.com
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
GENERAL REPLACEMENT/ REPAIR/ RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can send the product back to us and we will either Repair/Replace it, subject to Terms & Conditions. You are eligible for Replacement within 30 days of purchase, or for Repair as per our Under/ Out of Warranty Policy.
Please note we don’t have a Return policy. We do not provide a refund once our products are sold. We only do Replacement in case of any manufacturing defect or we carry out the Repair of the device, as per policy.
You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:
Please ship the product in its original form along with the accompaniments. It should not be seal broken. Once we receive the product, we will check it to either carry out Repair or Replacement.
CREDIT POLICY
Our Credit Terms/ Payment Terms and Credit Period is defined specifically for each client.
For any new or current client, payment terms are mutually discussed and defined at the time of finalizing the Quotation, and specified in the Sales Order and Proforma Invoice.
We always deliver our products on 100% advance payment.
If, after purchase, the product you have received turns out to be defective or otherwise of poor quality, please notify us within 30 days from the date of purchase. For all such matters we will follow the Repair or Replacement policy and follow the Under/ out of warranty policy.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Product can be exchanged/ replaced in case of any manufacturing defect in the product. Customers are allowed to replace the item within 30 days. Replacements exceeding 30 days will not be processed.
In order to be eligible for Replacement make sure that these following conditions are met:
- Product wasn't used or damaged
You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.
You replaced product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.
You are given the rights to replace the item, one time. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.
It depends if the product has a manufacturing defect.
Unfortunately, product that were marked as a gift when purchased is not allowed to be Replaced
Unfortunately, product that were marked as a Bundled when purchased is not allowed to be Replaced
