The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.




The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy:

Business Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to M2MLogger Located at Plot 67, Street-1B, Friends Colony Industrial Area, Shahdara, Delhi - 110095, IN.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.


We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can send the product back to us and we will either Repair/Replace it, subject to Terms & Conditions. You are eligible for Replacement within 30 days of purchase, or for Repair as per our Under/ Out of Warranty Policy. We don’t have a Return policy. The policy is subject to the below terms:

Our Products are not Eligible for Return. We only do Replacement in case of any manufacturing defect or we carry out the Repair of the device.

You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:

Please ship the product in its original form along with the accompaniments. It should not be seal broken. Once we receive the product, we will check it to either carry out Repair or Replacement.


You are given 30 days to ask for the credit from the date of purchase. Customers are entitled to ask for STORE-CREDIT in exchange to the product

In order for the product to be eligible for Credit make sure that these following conditions are met:

  • Product must be shipped back in its original packaging
  • Product wasn't used or damaged

Product that are on sale or discounted is not eligible for Credit

If the product you have received which turns out to be defective or otherwise of poor quality (save for direct warranty products which are discussed below), please notify us as soon as possible after you become aware of the defect or poor quality.

We offer 100% return to refund that are processed through Credit and has No Expiry Period. Unfortunately, Credits can't be used to pay for shipping fees.


Product can be exchanged/ replaced in case of any manufacturing defect in the product. Customers are allowed to replace the item within 30 days. Replacements exceeding 30 days will not be processed.

In order to be eligible for Replacement make sure that these following conditions are met:

  • Product wasn't used or damaged

You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.

You replaced product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.

You are given the rights to replace the item, one time. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.

It depends if the product has a manufacturing defect.

Unfortunately, product that were marked as a gift when purchased is not allowed to be Replaced

Unfortunately, product that were marked as a Bundled when purchased is not allowed to be Replaced
